How we do it
- Full decontamination wash and detail.
- Iron decon and clay bar.
- Every crevice cleaned.
- One-step paint correction (more if you choose it).
- Coating on paint, trim, wheels, plastics and glass.
- We register it on your CARFAX.
After pickup: drive after 20 minutes, no water for 6 hours, full cure in 3 days. We usually keep the car for the 6 hours unless you want it right away.
Ceramic coating questions
What does a CARFAX-registered coating mean?
Your System X coating is recorded on the vehicle's CARFAX history, so you or a future buyer can see it was professionally done. It also makes a warranty claim simple.
What comes with a ceramic coating?
Coating on paint, trim, wheels, plastics and glass, plus a one-step paint correction. $400 (3-year), $599 (6-year) or $899 (lifetime).
How long does a coating take to cure?
You can drive after 20 minutes. Keep it dry for 6 hours (we can keep the car for you). Full cure takes 3 days, so hold off on washing it until then.
Do I need paint correction first?
A coating locks in whatever is under it, swirls included. Every coating includes a one-step correction. If your paint needs more, two-step starts at $450 and three-step at $800. We check it under the light and tell you honestly.
Coating or PPF?
A coating adds gloss, makes washing easy and protects against UV and water spots. It does not stop rock chips. PPF does. PPF packages $1,800 and up come with a free ceramic coating, so you can have both.
How much is the deposit?
Ceramic coating takes a 30% deposit to book.
